Pros

work from home they can't tell if you are actually working or not.

Cons

no one works - everyone steals time now. a lot of the good people quit, who actually knew the job. people who are in charge - SHOULD NOT be in charge. HR works for the company NOT you. You are completely overworked and underpaid, Management doesn't care they will pile more and more on you, it's only about $$ to them. TEAM LEADS NEVER HELP. They can't afford to pay any of the techs anymore so you will have to hear from them about non-payment and mgmt makes you handle it not Accounts Payable. You will also have to handle accounts payable issues instead of the actual accounts payable people. (Just add that to the pile) You also will have to handle all the calls that come in all day, as well as dispatch all the techs to their jobs, order their parts (that we don't have) so they are always late, follow up with the tech, make sure he gets the part - follow up with shipping, then make sure it gets programmed. Then when the tech is on site make sure you can help them, While you got ZERO TRAINING! NO BONUSES. NO TRAINING. we haven't met any goals since Pavion took over Security Source. Most mgmt will lie straight to your face - will tell you they are here to help you and tell another team member they are not. Pavion can't afford to pay most of their Vendors and are credit hold MOST of the time. Mgmt will hold overtime - will tell you their is this many hours available but another manager will say it's another - they don't communicate. Not a single manager knows one thing about a single account. They bank off a CSR to know. Tech Bench will treat you poorly, because you don't know much (again NOT TRAINED)
