Pros
Pavion is a growing company that gives their employee's lots of opportunities for professional growth! Since starting at this company 4 years ago I have grown a lot both personally and professionally and now manage my own team. I enjoy the people I work with while also maintaining a work life/home life balance. Some days are busier than other (That is the norm in payroll!) but I love what I do and the people I work with.
Cons
Like any company you get what you put into it. If you're hoping for an easy job where you put in the minimum amount of effort while expecting to excel this is not the environment for you.
