Horrible place to work - Reservations Agent Paw Commons Pet Resort Employee Review

Pay is competitive, dogs, co workers, executives, access to higher ups, feeling listened to and valued. Having come from a restaurant management background most of my adult life I failed to realize work could and should be enjoyable!

Pay, while the pay here is good the reality is San Diego is one of the most expensive cities to live in and is a very competitive job market.

I made some of the best memories and friends with clientele alone at this place!! Everyone is so freakin sweet and even when there is the drama queen of the bunch...there was always a regular to step up :') truly dream work environment too! Perfect location and dogs were so freakin perfect.

I really respected management first starting and still do to an extent but i don't believe these people understand how constantly switching managment disrupts a team. They definitely have a high turn over rate so if you stay you always are picking up slack of the other fallen soldiers. As I was heading out the system to evaluate dogs temper to allow into our facility seemed to becoming a lighter grasp on the citeria. Which if you work with dogs you know is never perferable. I gots lots of work injurgies due to dog attacks aswell so besides managment those dogs be bitting
