Great co-workers. Loved seeing the dogs on the webcam.
Cons
I was hired without being told you HAVE to meet sales and call quotas. It said nothing about it in the ad nor did anyone hiring me mention it. All it said was you have to try and upset the clients. The owner and upper management do not care about the animals nor the people. It’s all about making money. Worst place I’ve ever worked. All I saw was how they put money over client/animal happiness. So many changes all the time, once I’d learn the script and all the rules, they would all change. I was ridiculed for not remembering the ever changing protocols. Don’t work here. Animal care might be better but Reservations Agent was awful.
