The culture and people are a huge selling point of working here at Pax8. I’ve only been in my role for two months, but everyone—across all regions—has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and patient as I find my feet. The offices are fabulous: modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need—and more! The treats and snacks are a great pick-me-up during busy days. While the internal processes and structures might feel intimidating at first—especially if you’re new to tech like me—what’s in place for staff is impressive and clearly well thought-out.
