Good training. Bonus structure easy to understand and they don't move the goal posts You have targets but left alone to achieve BUT plenty of support if you require help Every day is not the same so makes it interesting Interested in working at Paypoint?? Come and have a look.
Cons
More interaction between field and office Look at RRM basic salary Quicker processing within head office These are not negative just things that could easily be resolved
