Sales force app is set up to be ridiculously difficult and vague. There’s barely any training on it and it’s a major factor in the job. The role is fluid. You’re paid less than New Business but doing more work with increasing targets. They love handing out PIPs and threats. The product is not competitive and Paypoint are hated by retailers because it doesn’t bring in revenue but costs money. Contracts are not discussed properly with retailers.
