- Internal communication is bad, a lot of channels, but any works well - HR is very bad - Very bureaucratic. Any configuration, report, etc needs a ticket - Too much role rotation - Network security restrictions - Good initiatives to improve in Engineering team, but only in paper - Some leads are untouchable and take bad decisions - Engineering team is managed by Product team
