Pros
Was very flexible during covid when it comes to working remotely and allowing employees to work on their term and hours as long as the job is done (at least in the sales side)
Cons
Very messy, teams are all over the world without proper communication or focal point, general feeling of being a small screw in a 10000 employees company, even though it is about a 1000.
