Pros

Benefits are good. Amenities in the office are nice. I felt very secure on campus. Security takes their job seriously.

Cons

I see the company responding to these reviews with automated responses ,or they are claiming that the company did not have “layoffs” when over 500 people just lost their jobs. I had to leave this job not too long ago and didn’t even have a job lined up but my mental health could not take it anymore. They expect you to hit strict metrics with no wiggle room and the punishment for not meeting metrics means mandatory weekend hours. You will have to work from home after going home and this was expected if the workload is high. (It always is) Leadership is very passive aggressive, secretive and they lack communication skills. There is no job security whatsoever. I was told that taking PTO could make ,or break my job security. People get fired left and right all the time. AI just replaced so many people’s jobs. Prior to working here , I had very minimal mental issues and by the time I exited, I had been taking very heavy medications prescribed to me in order to manage the stress/anxiety. It’s not worth your sanity. Please reconsider how important a work/life balance is to you. You have to be okay with working 60+hours a week. Mandatory weekend hours as well.

Pros

The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

Cons

The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.

Pros

* Fast learning and professional skill growth. * Great people and strong teams. * Recognized name in the OKC community. * Valuable experience that strengthens future career opportunities, especially in Tech.

Cons

Over the past couple of years, career growth has felt extremely limited. Promotions and meaningful raises have become increasingly rare, and many employees believe these decisions are being driven from the very top. Layoffs and terminations have also become common, creating a constant sense of uncertainty. High performers often take on high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines and limited support. The expectations are unrealistic, and even successful delivery doesn’t usually lead to recognition or advancement. Leadership tends to make decisions very late, creating unnecessary urgency and forcing teams into last-minute scrambles. Benefits have declined, opportunities for advancement have become scarce, and overall morale has suffered significantly. There are talented people here and it can be a good place to gain experience, but I would view it primarily as a stepping stone rather than a long-term destination.
