Pros

I always recommend my candidates to go online and read our Glassdoor reviews because I believe they can be beneficial when searching for a company to grow their career- however, sometimes you will acquire a review from a previous employee- one who would rather murmur behind a computer screen rather than express their feelings to their leaders. Here's the deal- as a sales recruiter, you are expected to meet a quota (just like all other sales positions in this company) and you work under stressful situations (just like all other sales positions in this company). The leaders in our department are very flexible and encouraging- we have monthly 1-on-1's to benchmark goals and strategize. They are open to conversation and suggestions on how to make not only the department better, but also the recruiting process-- they also hold all employees to a standard- an achievable standard. This position isn't for everyone and it's easy to place blame in others rather than to look in the mirror and measure your own performance and where you possibly fell short. You define your own success in this role- the leaders are there to help. I'd recommend this position to any one who is looking for a career in sales who doesn't want to be in the field!

Cons

The parking lot and vacation time-- we need more exits and travel time!

Pros

* Fast learning and professional skill growth. * Great people and strong teams. * Recognized name in the OKC community. * Valuable experience that strengthens future career opportunities, especially in Tech.

Cons

Over the past couple of years, career growth has felt extremely limited. Promotions and meaningful raises have become increasingly rare, and many employees believe these decisions are being driven from the very top. Layoffs and terminations have also become common, creating a constant sense of uncertainty. High performers often take on high-visibility projects with aggressive timelines and limited support. The expectations are unrealistic, and even successful delivery doesn’t usually lead to recognition or advancement. Leadership tends to make decisions very late, creating unnecessary urgency and forcing teams into last-minute scrambles. Benefits have declined, opportunities for advancement have become scarce, and overall morale has suffered significantly. There are talented people here and it can be a good place to gain experience, but I would view it primarily as a stepping stone rather than a long-term destination.
