      Pros

      Fantastic opportunities financially especially compared to what young people normally get shortly out of school. Really great coworkers who channel their competiveness outside of the company and foster collaboration with their team.

      Cons

      Long hours because you project manage the implementation as well as holding all sales responsibilities, but you're compensated fairly for the time you put in, particularly as you progress upwards.

      Pros

      The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

      Cons

      The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.
