Pros

- Interesting, fast-paced, and engaging job - Numerous career opportunities - Company focused on overall growth and individual employee growth - Employee stock purchase plan - $1 medical insurance - Goal oriented company and workforce - All the perks of working for a large company combined with the friendship and office culture of a small company (each sales office is generally between 15-30 people) Over my time at the company, I have seen so much of the feedback that my peers and I have shared turn into actual changes and results. This company wants to grow and is doing everything it can to make clients and employees engaged and satisfied.

Cons

Entry roles can be at market average or below depending on the city where you are working. There are bonus and commission opportunities once you have clients, but it can be an adjustment during the initial training period. Once you are past the starting point, there is high income potential, especially with the promotion opportunities.

Pros

Excellent benefits. The $1 health insurance and $0 medical bills when partnering with ZERO are hard to beat. $4 lunches daily The company does a good job recognizing and celebrating high performers. Personally, I’ve always felt appreciated for the work I do. Good workplace culture with frequent employee appreciation initiatives.

Cons

The workload has increased significantly over the past few years, but compensation hasn’t kept pace for everyone. Pay increases don’t always seem consistent across employees, even when workloads are similar. While top performers receive recognition, some employees may feel overlooked or underappreciated. The pace can become overwhelming during busy periods due to the growing workload and the department continuing to downsize.
