The public roll back of the work from home promise and the way the dress code became strictly business professional feel like a lack of trust in employees and managers. The issues, supposedly, stemmed from certain offices and instead of addressing and developing those groups directly the whole company was penalized. Feels very 'Daddy's mad and everybody has to deal with it' instead of an adult workplace.
Some of the communications are very HQ centric which makes it feel like the field offices are 'other' and not as important to them.
