Cons
HUGE Quota...no support No training (no...really...NONE), no growth, no local leadership. Terrible micro-management culture with zero input and advice/help. 5 new meetings per week...and they want updates on Tues, WEd and if you dont have 4 by Wed then you have to set aside another time slot to make more calls to get to 5. Company is ALL about volume of appointments and selling $$$$ fast. You dont matter to the company or to the management. From day 1 if you dont sell, your job is on the line and never lets up. Never seen a worse work ethic out of local management.... They work about 10 hours per week and thats only when they have to "posture" for their bosses. Reps arent much better with setting fake meetings, no effort and little commitment.
