Pros
The only pros I can think of are my coworkers, and the snacks. The wellness credit and 401K match are pretty tight, too.
Cons
Easily the worst place I have ever worked, and it shows in how quickly people leave. The turnover rate in the Kansas City office is ridiculous. At least one of the teams has the highest turnover in the entire company, I would not be surprised if both CSR teams top the list. Due to the volatile turnaround there is too much work and not enough people to do it. Experienced employees wind up crunched between the heaviest of work loads and trying to coach and assist new employees. Metrics are a constantly movie target because management is constantly changing its focus. Actual assistance and/or coaching from management is non existant, so employees are often put in lose/lose situations where they have to figure it out on their own, then get in trouble for doing things wrong.
