Pros

- Great and solid co-workers (at least to my experience in my team) - Chill working environment (pre-covid) - Flexible working hours (no strict daily office check-in/check-out which is nice, just make sure you bring contributions to your team with agreed timeline and maintain a transparent communication) - Plenty of room for self-growth - Competitive salary (compared to other similar competitors as a startup) Rather depends on your team, my advice is to try to blend in for a few months and see how it plays out.

Cons

- If you're an engineer, brace yourself. Prepare for a lot of switching if your current product you're working on doesn't perform or failing - Employee performance and salary review system are rather unstable and lack of maintenance (good luck tracking your yearly contributions to justify your career growth or salary increase if the current HR or current Head of your division resigns) TL;DR it's a joke - Not much interactions and engagement from the upper management (compared to other companies to my research, they focuses too much on the big picture and tend to neglect their employees) - Kinda lack of transparency to address the main issue the company are facing (at least they are now taken the effort to address it properly, but we'll see how it goes) - Office politics are rather concerning (once you get into the deeper iceberg)

Pros

While I worked there, I had good insurance and good benefits. The people are so good. Everything was fine until they merged with Singapore.

Cons

They terminated my employment but are refusing to report the termination to the Ministry of Manpower. As a result, I've lost my right to severance benefits from the government.
