Cons
The list could possibly be infinite. The company operates under the umbrella of the Good old boys circle. The culture is one of Us vs. Them. If you're not one of them, you face the glass ceiling. Nepotism, and separatism prevail. Grossly underpaid, and overworked while less qualified, unskilled peers are promoted and given raises just for showing up. The executives don't respect nor value their employees.
