First and foremost, we deeply regret that your experience at Paynada did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously, especially concerning leadership, communication, and employee morale.
Regarding leadership, we acknowledge there have been challenges. We are actively working to foster a more cohesive and supportive environment among our leadership team to ensure clearer communication and more unified direction. Your comments about change management and the need for a long-term strategy resonate with our ongoing discussions.
Concerning feedback and performance metrics, we understand the frustration caused by changes mid-quarter. We are committed to improving transparency and consistency in our performance evaluation processes to provide a fair and motivating work environment for all team members.
Regarding turnover and tenure, we recognize the impact on company culture and are actively reviewing our hiring and retention strategies to ensure we attract and retain talented individuals who align with our values and goals.
Your advice is invaluable, and we are taking it to heart. Improving internal communication, fostering trust, revisiting our training programs, and creating a supportive environment are top priorities for us moving forward.
One thing that is never easy in any business is performance management when teams, or team members are to hitting the metrics needed for success. Unfortunately in talent acquisition we were not meeting that mark and seeing enough quality candidates make it through the hiring process. This necessitated the hard decision to look for new ideas and individuals who could meet expectations and grow with the business.
