Pros
Great people, nice environment, for now the workload isn't too much. You can move from one place to another inside the company, you can also get promoted. Yearly salary addition, usually regular working hours (9 per day), Big company that didn't lose it's edge, you can feel it cares about it's employees)
Cons
Company headquarters' not in the base place, can have more perks on the jobs (from time to time there is a nice surprise but I think that there can be a bit more like in other smaller hi tech companies, not that I complain for what we do have).
