The product itself can be good, but there is also an aspect of making money on the poorest and most disadvantaged in society.

- Team engagement when training on new task - regular one on one for career progression and development - support within the immediate team and support each other when possible for assistance such as call queues

- unrealistic targets and constant changes - no transparency when expressing concerns to the wider business - many town halls that was not clear of the achievements or business objectives. Many great successes/numbers on a spreadsheets but no context of how the business got there. - many staff made redundant with no clear reason of why except it was a tough decision after offshore were onboarded - toxic culture and many work politics when the team are overworked and overwhelmed
