Stupidly high pay above market rate. For senior engineers it was more than principal engineers and tech leads in the industry. Full remote. Very cruisey That's it
Cons
Spaghetti Codebase is ancient think .net framework and core 3.1, PHP. No cloud. The new project that got scrapped was in .net 6 at least. Company got split off into 2 so all new engineering projects got iced. Everyone forced to work on legacy money maker application. Senior leadership clueless thinking they can modernize the platform quickly.
