      Remote work Ability to have autonomy Salary is okay Exciting insustry Some really good people work here

      Cons

      No processes Too many teams but somehow nobody knows what to do or who does what Priorities shift weekly, if not daily Product is held together with string/ not stable Support for product is poor because the product is unstable and there are not enough staff No HR - someone could curse me out and I wouldn't even know where to turn No true culture - was lost in the acquisition

      Stable work, flexible hours, and it has a culture of little to no micromanagement so long as the work gets done and is done well.

      It’s a boys club, if you’re a woman or don’t feed into the frat culture, it’s a mess
