Your coworkers are great people, and always willing to help you. I was able to get an entry level position, which would help me find future office jobs. They have parties at the end of every month.
Cons
The management is terrible here. They aren’t very helpful, even to the new people. They create a high-stress, and toxic work environment that was terrible for an employee’s mental health. I stayed late many days and I did not get properly compensated for my overtime that I worked. Because it’s an entry level job, they use that as an advantage to pay their employees as little as possible. Management expects you to do way too much, while paying you way too little. During the COVID-19 outbreak the boss did not handle it properly. They did not require masks, screening, or provide their employees with proper protection, even when the Covid cases in our county kept rising higher. For your own sake, don’t even apply to this job, it’s not worth it.
