Pros
I have been with Payroll Systems for over a year, but it didn't take long for me to feel right at home here. I was welcomed with enthusiasm from day one, and have never felt so supported, appreciated, and cared about in any other place I've ever worked. There is a lot of respect given to a healthy work/life balance, with the belief that we work to live, not live to work. It's a very cohesive and collaborative environment, and the entire management team means it when they use the term "open-door policy" -- any suggestions, questions, or requests for assistance are not only welcomed but encouraged. If a legitimate need is presented that may create a new position and potential title change, it's open for discussion. No one is ever held back from advancement due to being "too valuable" where they are. I feel like I've found not "just another job", but a career and a place to call home!
Cons
I would be completely transparent with any of the company's shortcomings, however I can't think of a single one.
