Thank you for taking the time to write such an insightful review! The culture is always energetic and as you mentioned, thrives on accomplishing big projects and continues to moves forward with optimism. The leadership team is also a great group of people who are committed to the employees and their growth. Don't forget your local HR team is always available to listen to any concerns or suggestions you may have.
I recently joined the Paysafe team. My experience has been very positive. The onboarding process was well organized, informative and smooth from the start. The team has been super welcoming and supportive. It is clear that the company values its employees and creates and environment where new team members feel comfortable, included and motivated to succeed.
Cons
As a new employee, there is naturally a lot of information to absorb during the onboarding process, but the support provided has made it manageable and encouraging.
Good benefits, flexibility in hybrid working environment, nice clean office, company ticket giveaways, lots of volunteer opportunities
Cons
There is a lack of training and support, deceptive practices within the company. Bias behavior within leadership, and issues are never addressed. Frontline managers are abusive in conversation.
