Pros
A big selling point of the company is that the office space is very nice and comfortable. This is true they definitely has some of the best office space in Sofia. The health insurance was pretty good with additional "mental health" covering some therapy. The people are very interested in technology and want things to be the best they can be. The salary in my opinion is very good. We also had access to online learning platforms like Safari Books and LinkedIn learning which I liked and used a lot.
Cons
It's a great place to work if you are Bulgarian. As a foreigner I felt like an outsider the entire time. It was hard to integrate and difficult to learn things. People didn't want to have meetings in English, even Technology all-hands were preferred to be in Bulgarian.
