Pros

Sometimes you'll get a full day off on a work day. If you have a shift from 6am you'll get half the day to do whatever you want (like resting or sleeping because you had to wake up at 5 to go to work). Sometimes you might be able to work from home (before and probably after corona)

Cons

They will work you to the bone. You will most likely work for 8 or more days (almost) straight with only one day off just because it's illegal otherwise. You have 25 days holidays for the year but you won't be able to ever take them because there is a "quota" of the maximum of people who can take a holiday on a specific month, but the quota is always and forever full so if you need a break because you've been (again) worked to the bone with basically no off days you can't! You might be able to take 1 or 2 days at max. Pray that you never need an emergency off day because you probably won't get it. Also if you manage to take a holiday and you've booked that holiday very early that means that on that month you will have pretty much no off days. You will have 6 work days, one off day, 6 more work days and then your holiday and then working for 6 more days again. Shifts are all over the place so never make any plans for a moth in advance. Actually never make any plans? You like to be spontaneous and book a holiday for a moth in advance? Hell no. You have to book a holiday at the very least 2 months in advance and at that only if the quota allows (which it probably won't). Shift leaders will always remind you that the're here to help you so if you have any questions you can go to them and ask. But they never help and they're so rude sometimes it's surprising how did they ever manage to be shift leaders. On that note prepare to kiss a lot of butts. If you don't you will have a tough time. Your colleagues will "tell on you" for the weirdest reasons like taking a 10 min break to go to the toilet and yet you will still get yelled because you weren't online for that 10 minutes. So maybe go to the bathroom with the laptop, I don't know. On the same not not only do you need to be friendly with every colleague, but don't make friends since everyone is leaving fast anyways. Since no one would want to stay in such a horrendous work environment,

Pros

I recently joined the Paysafe team. My experience has been very positive. The onboarding process was well organized, informative and smooth from the start. The team has been super welcoming and supportive. It is clear that the company values its employees and creates and environment where new team members feel comfortable, included and motivated to succeed.

Cons

As a new employee, there is naturally a lot of information to absorb during the onboarding process, but the support provided has made it manageable and encouraging.

Pros

Good benefits, flexibility in hybrid working environment, nice clean office, company ticket giveaways, lots of volunteer opportunities

Cons

There is a lack of training and support, deceptive practices within the company. Bias behavior within leadership, and issues are never addressed. Frontline managers are abusive in conversation.
