12moVenkata,
Let’s be honest. You were brought into a startup environment where expectations were clearly outlined: early-stage, equity-based contribution, and a milestone-driven path to potential compensation. You agreed. No one forced you to join, and certainly no one kept you here.
You were provided access, responsibility, and the freedom to contribute meaningfully. Instead, what we got was blame-shifting, incomplete work, and a refusal to take ownership. When held accountable, you chose to walk away and now you're here, posting falsehoods instead of taking responsibility.
You’re right about one thing: we do expect high standards and self-starters. Building something real requires commitment, not excuses. You didn't meet the mark that’s on you, not the company.
Accusing people of “cheating” because they don’t reward incomplete or abandoned work is both dishonest and disrespectful to those who are genuinely contributing. We don’t owe anyone for effort that never turned into results. And if your goal is to damage reputations with baseless slander, don’t expect silence in return.
We wish you well, but don’t mistake professionalism for weakness.
