      People below executive level care deeply about their teammates. The culture of safety has survived the bloodletting so far. Safety, a Way of Life is really how they work.

      Cons

      Hard times, hard decisions. Unfortunately the salaried ranks have born the brunt of all the cutbacks. Middle managers and supervisors have paid the price of a perfect storm of market, competition, and despotic executives in the crystal palace in St Louis.
