Pros
People. You can't beat the quality of people. The pay is fair. Benefits are outstanding. (PTO) Nice location. Springfield Hospital is beautiful. Depending on the department you are with, the advancement possibilities are good. Also, depending on the department you would work in, I would recommend this as a great place.
Cons
Communication from upper leadership (Vancouver WA) We do not know in advance plans that effect families. (Out sourcing, lay offs) Upper leadership fails to value front line employees. Cheap talk. Little action.
