Job security - everyone I have met has been so friendly and welcoming to the company. Love the mission and vision of PeaceHealth. Overall a great place to work for!
Cons
It took me many years to get on at the hospital. Although this is true I am glad they made so many hoops to jump through so only great people become a part of the team.
