Pros
Coming from another area of the country I was always impressed at how kind most of the caregivers are to the patients.
Cons
Going "corporate" is ruining what Peace Health was all about - and that was compassionate, caring treatment for all patients in need. (And also for the employees). High er management, & bringing people in from the outside, are ruining what it used to be about.
