Very bright, hardworking, knowledgeable people. Maintaining lots of continued friendships with knowledge sharing. Decent benefits offered. Nice locations and pleasant surroundings.
Cons
Poor vision for the future of healthcare. PeaceHealth is spending millions of dollars installing all new computer systems to meet new regulatory requirements yet unwilling to modernize with new processes and workflow redesign. The new systems are being molded and forced to allow providers to use existing workflows.
