Excellent physicians. Benefits are comparable to other large health care organizations.
Cons
No psychological safety. Manager/lead participate in gossiping and triangulating staff. Gate keeping of information. Usually only “favorite” staff are told what’s going on leaving everyone else in the dark which leads to whispering and gossip. No trust of employees. Staff is encouraged to tell on each other. Manager rarely rounds or checked in with staff.
