Great working relationships and a team oriented environment. Leadership seems to genuinely care about the well-being of staff, and is mindful of physician work-life-balance (more so than other organizations), which is refreshing. Good benefits.
Cons
As an organization, PeaceHealth can be bit sluggish at times, even compared with other large organizations.
