Pros
Amazing coworkers who are truly some of the best people I've worked with. Good benefits and pay is decent.
Cons
Direct supervisors can be okay or clueless. Upper management is terrible, and every area is undergoing cost cutting that is making patient and staff experiences worse. They no longer are posting positions to replace staff who leave, expecting the remaining staff to do more with less.
