Employer is NOT supportive of employees when family needs arise. There is no true work/life balance. PTO is barely acceptable considering it is used as sick pay, holiday pay, clinic closure pay, and vacation pay. Bullying is fairly tolerated. They’ll have many, many meetings, but never really address the issue. The company they use for FLMA is a joke. If you use FMLA, the likelihood of you being terminated before your FMLA paperwork is fully completed, problems are addressed, or communication is responded to is very high. There is favoritism in every clinic, and if you don’t fit well then you’ll be bullied and pushed out.
