It is the first time in my career where I genuinely feel I have the opportunity to develop into a high-level leader. I genuinely enjoy going to work every day and appreciate the individuals I report to directly. They have provided me with complete autonomy over my tasks because they have trained me well and trust in my ability to execute them accurately. Micromanagement is non-existent in this company
