For the most part it felt like a team.

There was rarely any performance reviews. You were expected to read your supervisors mind because no clear instructions were given. Laptops are only given to the people who have been there the longest. They are allowed work remotely but everyone else has to come to the office. Many come to the office sick because there were no sick days and you can't work from home.
