I was always busy, because I hate having to stand around and do nothing. If they are paying me to work, then they need to keep me busy. I wish I could have stayed there longer but unfortunately there was not enough work.
Cons
That it was only a four month assignment, and that there machines were always breaking down. Bad for production. Everything in life is about numbers. If they are no producing then us standing around doing number is just really bad because then no income coming in only going out and that is bad.
