Pros
Peak Living gives their employees the support and tools they need for modern day-to-day operations. Peak is constantly progressing in technology to find more efficient ways to make their employees more successful and less stressful. Peak offers a great leadership program and offers free courses to employees covering topics such as time management, difficult conversations, and diversity to name a few. The leadership academy is not only refresher but it's an opportunity to meet with your peers and share ideas on effective leadership. Peak also has a mentor program. Each new employee is assigned a mentor for the first 90 days to support, motivate, and train. I was chosen to become a certified mentor last year and have helped several of my colleagues develop the skills they need to thrive at Peak! I enjoy working with peak because it's not a micro-management environment and I love the fact that they hold leadership conferences and you can spend a week away from the office and meet other associates from different states. You also can refresh or sharpen your skills via group activities, workshops, and lectures. I especially love the fact that they compensate for all meals, luxury boarding, and even great entertainment. I feel that I have landed at my final management company and have started planning my retirement goals. I love Peak Living and plan to grow with them!
