Pros
- Incredibly supportive team - A very forward-thinking company, open to suggestions and improvements - Great work-life balance (for the most part - see cons). Managers are very vary of not being too intrusive on ones personal life, and try to make accomodations when possible - Freedom to work remotely (I recommend going into the office though - lots of great snacks) - The energy industry is HOT right now, and Peak Power is doing what it can to stay in front of it all. The company is GROWING
Cons
- Summer months can be quite busy. Management can do things to better incentivize employees during these months. Peak Power has recently made it a focus to improve their HR presence, so I see these improvements happening very soon - Compensation could be more competitive given the high number of opportunities in the same industry
