Pros

I have been working in Peak Support for almost a year and I can say that I'm just very glad to be part of it. This Company is operating more than 5 years but there are still a lot of opportunities to grow, both for the Company and one's career. Salary is good and there are a lot of promotions every week, especially for associate levels. Salary ranges will depend on the experience and requirements of the Company. The good thing that I really love with Peak Support, is that everybody respects you and treat each other as family. Leads, managers, directors or even the CEO won't boss you around. As a matter of fact, the CEO is the first person that you will meet during the orientation. Lastly, this Company is a remote-based work. Means that you will be working at the very comfort of your home! You will have so much time with your family, save money and you won't have to face the crowds and traffic.

Cons

Working hours is mostly graveyard. This is normal because this is a US Company and the Clients are in the US.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
