Pros

It’s been almost a year working at Peak Support as Project Port's - L2 Support Engineer, and it has indeed been a very wonderful experience for me. It is an organization that offers opportunities for everyone to foster and grow both professionally and personally. I have not only learned a lot over these months about my own passion but there has also been a lot of cross-functional learning which has helped in the overall growth of my career. Peers at Peak Support are extremely encouraging, talented, approachable, and like one big family who is always around to support at times of need. The organization is very multicultural and we get to interact with colleagues from various locations, nationalities, and cultural backgrounds through our weekly huddles, which is also another interesting facet of working for Peak. And it’s not all work all the time, Peak also has a very proactive approach to employee wellbeing and frequently organizes events, acknowledgments, and huddles. Overall Peak Support has been, by far, the best place to work for me.

Cons

Can't think of any Con at the moment.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
