Pros

I just turned one year here in Peak Support and I can say this year has been a game-changer for me! I have shared this with Ms Bianca a while back, and I will share this again, I want this to be my final BPO and I don't want to go anywhere else until I retire. It is a blessing to work with such warm, remarkably-diverse people and everyday has been a learning experience for Me and everyone on our Project. I am truly grateful to be working with a management team who always makes it their priority to look after their team members first, and their openness to feedback and continuous improvement is humbling. Peak Support has truly helped me become a better version of myself and I look forward to many more happy years here! Thank you PS!❤️ #laststop

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
