Pros

Do you know the feeling of being a new student in a new school? Being scared of what is to happen on your first day? And how loud your heart beats as you mutter the words to your introduction? Scary right? I always had that feeling whenever I am new at work. I always tell myself that I have to do it the right way. But when I joined Peak Support, it was as If I already belonged to the community. The Talent team has been great at welcoming people even during the interview. The training team already envisioned you as someone who will step up next even on day 1! Leads, Managers? Full-on Support! I can't even find the right words to express how a lot of people have helped me be the person I only aspired to be before Peak Support. I am proud to be working here and I will continue to replicate the support and encouragement to our team members. Growth at its finest!

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
