Pros

Work from home set up

Cons

multiple reasons.. Made us wait pending from Jan. 26 to March 6. I was late for 10mins during the meet and greet, and it was taken me even if it was prior to signing a training agreement. training had NO STRUCTURE. The person who trained us was NOT A TRAINER, would only train for 2-4 hrs for 5 days. On the 1st day of HANDS ON, ALL MISTAKES WERE TAKEN AGAINST ME. No room for error or whatsoever. Imagine the wait time, and 8days later you get terminated, non regularization, when they are required by law to provide 100% resources to trainees? No option to be reprofiled to another project? When they know, that the training has no structure? At first PeakSupport was people oriented, kudos to MS JEM, one of the best bosses I know. But recently, these people who are so-called "MANAGERS", are just know it all. Good thing I consulted a lawyer about this. I'm never going back to PeakSupport.

Pros

People‑first culture Experienced, high‑quality talent High client retention and referrals Remote‑first, modern operations

Cons

This is me reaching, but at times I do miss being in a physical site, just to be able to have that tangible interaction vs virtual.

Pros

Many BPO's claim that they have a positive culture but never truly execute on or live out their values. Peak Support does an excellent job of actually living and operating around company values. This is a place where people really do value transparency, work together, and treat mistakes as learning opportunities. Joining this company was the best decision I ever made. It completely changed my personal and professional trajectory in the best way possible.

Cons

As with any business, there will be ups and downs. This could be based on economic impacts or performance that became a learning opportunity and a chance for us to do better. So while not necessarily a con, there is an ebb and flow in business that can lead to movements from one area to another or sometimes, downsizing. However, if you perform well there is usually a home elsewhere in the business. Flexibility is key.
