Recently purchased by investmemt company who is merging multple smaller companies into
one and intends to sell in next few years. While overarching company direction is clear...merge and sell...we lack clear direction and support on day to day operations. No executive leadership support on current business. CEO seems to cares more about making himself look good than supporting the customer needs and keeping up or infrastructure.
