Pros

I'm happy I no longer work here.

Cons

Management is only concerned about reaching quotas, overcharging residents with fines and making money. They take advantage of college students by hiring them and paying them low wages. The management was very unprofessional and immature. They didn't appreciate the hard work of the employees and at times were completely disrespectful and demeaning. I also noticed unethical practices to reach lease quotas. They have lied and made false promises to get people to sign contracts. They also made me solicit people on a competitor's property. I ended up getting in trouble and I had to get myself out of the situation.

Pros

I feel incredibly fortunate to work for a company that truly lives out its values. One of PeakMade’s core messages is that people matter, and it is clear that this is not just a statement but something the company actively demonstrates through its policies, programs, and culture. One of the things I value most is the opportunity to participate in employee resource groups. These groups create meaningful spaces where employees can connect with colleagues across the company who share similar experiences or interests. It has been a great way to build community, learn from others, and feel supported within a large organization. PeakMade has created an environment where employees are encouraged to grow, collaborate, and bring their full selves to work. It is refreshing to be part of a company that genuinely invests in its people.

Cons

If you prefer a very independent work style with minimal interaction, this may not be the right fit. Peak places a strong emphasis on employee connection, collaboration, and community across the organization.
