      - Product has a great purpose, which results in to a high level of satisfaction from work - Fast-paced environment - Great tech stack that allows for a lot of product impact - Small team of great people that are really passionate about what they do - Not much hierarchy

      - Management team has been hustled a bit, seemingly out of the blue

      There are opportunities, cause the tech stack is growing, and any new idea may be implemented. No corporate bul$hit.

      The company is young, so the company changes. Not all ideas work, but some do.
